Biography
Sarah has 12 years’ experience as an External Funding Manager within the education and skills sector and more recently has worked with clients across the private, voluntary and community sectors to support achievement of strategic growth.
Previously ESF Co-financing Manager for the Department of Work and Pensions in the East Midlands Region, Sarah has a solid understanding of European funding streams.
Expertise
Sarah specialises in researching funding opportunities, bid writing and partnership development.
She has a proven track record in leading and contributing to bid campaigns and managing project delivery within the education and skills sectors.
Over a ten-year period she successfully secured over £10million of funding from domestic and European sources to deliver capital and revenue projects and initiatives that aided and complemented the strategic priorities of a Further Education College.
She has considerable experience in project management and partnership working and has managed and delivered numerous projects including Erasmus+ youth mobility and the Traineeship Staff Support Programme project.
